About The Event
May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Mental health is essential for our overall well-being at every stage of life. Regardless of age, background, or experience, prioritizing mental health strengthens us as individuals, families, and communities.
Social connection and community support play a vital role in mental health and recovery. Through education and collaboration we can work together to reduce the impact and improve our community mental health!
Please join Clarvida Crisis Centers, the 9-8-8 Lifeline, Access Behavioral Health Services, Ideal Option and PEER Wellness Center on Saturday, 5/17/25 from Noon to 3PM at Mountain View Church of the Brethren as we share:
information and resources on mental health
explain how supportive relationships and connected communities can foster a sense of belonging and promote well-being for all, and
practical tips on how friends, family and community members can play an important role in providing support.
