Each year, PEER Wellness Center invites community stakeholders and organizations like yours that support and provide products and services to the recovery community to help us celebrate September: National Recovery Month by tabling at the event. We invite you to reserve a booth and showcase the resources that your organization provides to help our community members in Recovery.

Would you like to promote your organization's programs and services by being a a vendor at the event? Please complete the form below!

*Vendor booths are available on a "first-come/first serve" basis. Once we receive your form our committee will reach out to you to finalize the details.

**A 6 ft table and 2 chairs will be provided upon Vendor Approval.
