Where
National Recovery Month (Recovery Month), which started in 1989, is a national observance held every September to promote and support new evidence-based treatment and recovery practices, the nation’s strong and proud recovery community, and the dedication of service providers and communities who make recovery in all its forms possible.
Since opening our doors in 2015, PEER Wellness Center has joined our community partners in hosting a Recovery Rally *every September in observance of National Recovery Month.
Our goals have been simple:

celebrate the recovery of individuals in our community,
-
honor the efforts of the agencies and organizations who provide support and treatment to those of us in recovery,
-
provide hope and connection to those seeking recovery, and
-
to change the public perception surrounding substance use and/or co-occuring mental health.
We hope that you will join us and help promote the message that:
Hope is REAL. Recovery is REAL. We CAN (& DO) recover!
